Los Angeles Lakers (15-10) at Philadelphia 76ers (10-15), 7 p.m.
(Sports Network) - Kobe Bryant returns to a place where he once called home, as the Los Angeles Lakers resume a four-game road trip against the Philadelphia 76ers tonight at the Wachovia Center.
The Lakers fell to 1-1 on the trek after Thursday's 94-90 setback to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena. Bryant finished with 21 points, five rebounds and five assists to lead Los Angeles, which saw a two-game winning streak come to a halt.
Lamar Odom had 19 points and Andrew Bynum added 17 points and pulled down 11 boards in a losing effort. The Lakers will wrap up their road trip on Sunday against the New York Knicks, and are 6-6 away from the Staples Center this season.
Meanwhile, the Sixers have lost two of their last three games and suffered a 102-85 loss to the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Andre Miller and Andre Iguodala had 16 points apiece for the Sixers, who had won five of six coming in. Samuel Dalembert continued his recent strong play with 15 points, 14 rebounds and six blocks.
Reggie Evans scored nine points to go with his game-high 16 boards, but Philly committed 19 turnovers and shot just 34.6 percent from the floor. The 76ers are 6-8 as the host in 2007-08.
Los Angeles and Philadelphia split a pair of meetings last season, while the Sixers have won four of six and five of the last eight matchups.
The Lakers have lost seven straight and nine of their last 10 trips to the City of Brotherly Love.
