Detroit Pistons (14-6) at Memphis Grizzlies (6-14), 8 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The struggling Memphis Grizzlies attempt to put the brakes on a four-game losing streak, as they host the Detroit Pistons tonight at the FedExForum.

Memphis plays the first of a two-game homestand. On Saturday, Josh Smith scored 25 points and grabbed seven rebounds to lift the Atlanta Hawks over the Grizzlies, 86-78, at Philips Arena.

Rudy Gay ended with 17 points and 11 rebounds in the loss to Atlanta for the Grizzlies, who have dropped four in a row and five of their last six games overall. Kyle Lowry scored 15 points, Hakim Warrick had 14 points and eight boards, and Pau Gasol finished with 13 points and 10 boards in defeat.

The Grizzlies are scheduled to host the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday at FedExForum. Memphis is 4-5 at home this season.

Detroit tries to make it two straight wins, as it starts a two-game road trip. Chauncey Billups scored 20 points and Antonio McDyess collected 19 points in the Pistons' 104-85 pounding of the Charlotte Bobcats at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

Richard Hamilton contributed 18 points in the win over Charlotte for the Pistons, who have won six of their last seven games overall.

The Pistons, who have won three in a row as the visitor, are 7-4 on the road this season. They are scheduled to visit the Houston Rockets on Wednesday at the Toyota Center.

This is the first of two meetings between the Grizzlies and Detroit this season. The Pistons are scheduled to host Memphis on December 21st at The Palace.

Detroit has won four in a row over the Grizzlies. The Pistons have captured two straight at Memphis.
