Sacramento Kings (12-19) at Chicago Bulls (12-19), 8:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The disappointing Chicago Bulls attempt to get back on the winning track, as they host the Sacramento Kings tonight at the United Center.
This is the first of two meetings between the squads this season. Sacramento is scheduled to host the Bulls on February 2nd at ARCO Arena.
The Kings have won four in a row over the Bulls. Sacramento has won two in a row and seven of its last eight at Chicago.
Chicago plays the middle contest of a three-game homestand. On Thursday, Brandon Roy scored 25 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished out 11 assists as the Portland Trail Blazers needed two overtimes to defeat the Bulls, 115-109, at the United Center.
Ben Gordon poured in 32 points off Chicago's bench, as the Bulls lost for the second time in their last three contests overall. Joe Smith scored 31 points and grabbed 11 boards in defeat, while Ben Wallace netted 12 and grabbed 14 rebounds.
The Bulls are 6-9 at home this season. They will host the New York Knicks on Saturday at the United Center.
Sacramento wraps up a three-game road trip. On Friday, LeBron James posted game-highs with 24 points and 10 assists as Cleveland staged a fourth-quarter comeback to beat the Kings, 97-93, at Quicken Loans Arena.
John Salmons led the way with 22 points, seven rebounds and five assists for the Kings, who have dropped five of their last six games overall. Brad Miller added 17 points, Francisco Garcia netted 15, and both Mikki Moore and Beno Udrih scored 11 points in the loss.
After tonight's contest, the Kings return home for a four-game homestand. They will host Orlando, Memphis, Indiana and Dallas on the upcoming stand.
Sacramento is 4-11 on the road this season
