Boston Celtics (23-56) at Orlando Magic (37-42), 6 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The playoff-hopeful Orlando Magic need a victory today, as they host the Boston Celtics at Amway Arena.

If the Magic win today and Indiana loses against New Jersey, Orlando would clinch the final playoff berth in the Eastern Conference. The Pacers, who are two game behind the Magic, host the Nets this afternoon at Conseco Fieldhouse.

The Pacers and Magic both have three games remaining on their schedules.

The Magic are 2-1 against Boston this season. The Celtics have lost three straight and four of their last five at Orlando.

Orlando is fresh off a huge victory. Dwight Howard poured in 35 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out five assists as the Magic cruised past the Philadelphia 76ers, 104-87, on Saturday at the Wachovia Center.

Darko Milicic scored 14 points and pulled down seven boards, while Hedo Turkoglu added 13 points and seven rebounds for the Magic, who have won three of their last four games overall.

The Magic are 23-16 at home this season. They will visit Washington on Tuesday at the Verizon Center, before returning home to conclude the regular season against the Miami Heat.

Boston enters today's contest on a six-game losing streak. Dan Gadzuric scored a season-high 21 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, as the Milwaukee Bucks edged the Celtics, 104-102, on Friday at TD Banknorth Garden.

Gerald Green had 21 points for the Celtics, who have dropped seven of their last eight games overall. Leon Powe ended with 18 points and eight boards, while Ryan Gomes and Delonte West scored 13 apiece for Boston.

The Celtics are 11-28 on the road this season. They are scheduled to visit Miami on Monday and will end their regular season on Wednesday against the Pistons at TD Banknorth Garden.
