New York Knicks (32-45) at Chicago Bulls (46-32), 8:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The playoff-bound Chicago Bulls try to get back on the winning track, as they host the New York Knicks tonight at the United Center.
Chicago and the Cleveland Cavaliers are both 4 1/2 games behind the Detroit Pistons for the top spot in the Central Division and the Eastern Conference.
The Bulls open a two-game homestand this evening. Anthony Parker hit six three-pointers and finished with a career-high 27 points as the surging Toronto Raptors crushed the Bulls, 103-89, on Sunday at Air Canada Centre.
Ben Gordon had 27 points, seven rebounds and six assists for the Bulls, who had their three-game winning streak halted. Kirk Hinrich and Luol Deng both ended with 13 points in defeat.
Chicago is 29-10 at home this season. The Bulls will play their final home game of the regular season on Friday against Adam Morrison and the Charlotte Bobcats.
New York starts a three-game road trip. On Monday, Chauncey Billups scored 22 points and dished out six assists to lead the Pistons over the Knicks, 91-83, at Madison Square Garden.
Nate Robinson and Eddy Curry both scored 24 points in the loss for the Knicks, who are four games behind Orlando for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East. Channing Frye had 11 points and Mardy Collins netted 10 for New York, which has lost 11 of its last 14 games overall.
The Knicks are 13-24 on the road this season. They will visit the New Jersey Nets on Friday at Continental Airlines Arena and the Raptors on Sunday at Air Canada Centre.
This is the fourth and final meeting of the campaign between the clubs. The Bulls are 2-1 against the Knicks this season, and have won eight of the last 10 contests in the series.
New York has lost five straight and 10 of its last 11 at Chicago.
