(Sports Network) - The Dallas Mavericks attempt to extend their winning streak to five games when they host the Memphis Grizzlies tonight at American Airlines Center.

The Mavericks have won 15 in a row at American Airlines Center. Their last loss at home was on December 7th to the Detroit Pistons.

Dallas plays the middle contest of a three-game homestand. Jason Terry and Josh Howard both scored 22 points as the Mavericks held on to edge the Minnesota Timberwolves, 94-93, on Saturday.

All-Star Dirk Nowitzki scored 18 points in the win over the Timberwolves for Dallas, while Howard also pulled down 10 rebounds for the Mavericks, who have won four in a row and improved to an impressive 22-3 at American Airlines Center.

The Mavericks are scheduled to host Southwest Division-rival Houston on Friday at American Airlines Center. After Friday's game, they will hit the road for games at Philadelphia, Milwaukee and Houston.

Memphis hits the road after going 1-4 on a five-game homestand. On Tuesday, Tracy McGrady scored 33 points and handed out eight assists, leading the Houston Rockets to a 98-90 victory the Grizzlies at the FedExForum.

Pau Gasol, the subject of trade rumors, had a game-high 30 points and 13 rebounds in the loss to the Rockets for Memphis, which has lost three in a row and 10 of its last 13 games overall. Mike Miller added 12 points on 5-of-17 from the field for the Grizzlies, who also got 10 points from Lawrence Roberts.

The Grizzlies are 3-20 on the road this season. They return home to host the Timberwolves on Friday at the FedExForum.

This is the fourth and final meeting of the season between the clubs. Dallas won the three previous contests and can sweep the season-series for the second time in three seasons.

The Mavericks have won six in a row and 11 of the last 12 contests in the series. The Grizzlies have lost two straight and 11 of their last 12 at Dallas.
