(Sports Network) - The Southeast Division-leading Washington Wizards shoot for their sixth straight win tonight when they take on the Milwaukee Bucks at the Bradley Center.
Washington, which leads the division by one game over Orlando and is four games ahead of Miami, posted its fifth consecutive victory with Friday's 112-111 triumph over the Magic at the Verizon Center.
Gilbert Arenas registered 36 points, nine rebounds and seven assists, while Antawn Jamison posted a double-double with 25 points and 11 rebounds for Washington, which has won eight of nine and 11 of its last 13 games.
Caron Butler scored 20 points in the win. The Wizards will hit the road and are 6-9 away from the Verizon Center this season.
Milwaukee had its season-high six-game winning streak come to an end after Friday night's 109-99 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers at Quicken Loans Arena.
Michael Redd netted 24 points and Maurice Williams had 21 points, nine rebounds and seven assists for Milwaukee, which went 2-1 on a brief three-game road trip. Ruben Patterson had a double-double with 17 points and 10 boards.
The Bucks have won six in a row at home and are 8-4 as the host this season. They also sit in last place in the Central Division -- four games off Detroit's lead.
Washington defeated the Bucks, 116-111, on November 10 this season at the Verizon Center. The Wizards have won two straight and five of the last eight meetings with Milwaukee.
The Wizards, though, have lost two in a row, three of four and 12 of their last 14 trips to the Bradley Center.
