Portland Trail Blazers (18-25) at Houston Rockets (26-16), 8 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Portland Trail Blazes hope to collect their third straight win when they visit the Houston Rockets tonight at the Toyota Center.

This is the second meeting of the campaign between the teams. On December 20th, Zach Randolph scored 24 points and grabbed 13 rebounds as the Trail Blazers held off a late charge to edge the Rockets, 89-87, at the Rose Garden.

Portland has lost five straight and six of its last seven at Houston. The Trail Blazers have won two in a row in the series.

The Trail Blazers play the first of a three-game road trip. On Wednesday, Randolph scored 22 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as Portland edged the Minnesota Timberwolves, 101-98, in overtime at the Rose Garden.

Sergio Rodriguez scored 18 points, while Brandon Roy and Martell Webster both netted 13 for the Trail Blazers, who have won four of their last six games overall.

Portland is 7-13 on the road this season. The Trail Blazers will also visit Memphis and New Orleans/Oklahoma City on the current swing.

Houston opens a five-game homestand. Tracy McGrady finished with 37 points, including a key three-point play down the stretch, as the Rockets edged the San Antonio Spurs, 90-85, on Wednesday at the AT&T Center.

McGrady also grabbed eight rebounds, while Rafer Alston had 19 points and seven assists in the win over San Antonio for the Rockets, who snapped a three-game skid.

The Rockets are 13-5 at home this season. They will also host Philadelphia, Seattle, the Hornets and Minnesota on the homestand.
