Seattle SuperSonics (4-6) at Golden State Warriors (6-3), 10:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Golden State Warriors go for their fifth straight victory when they welcome the Seattle SuperSonics tonight to ORACLE Arena.
Golden State plays the fifth of a seven-game homestand. Two-time All-Star Baron Davis scored 36 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished out a career- high 18 assists to lead the Warriors to a 117-105 win over the Sacramento Kings at ORACLE Arena.
Mickael Pietrus scored 26 points in the win over Sacramento for the Warriors, while high-flying Jason Richardson netted 16 and Monta Ellis ended with 17 points. Center Andris Biedrins tied a career-high with 16 rebounds.
The Warriors are 5-1 at home this season. They are scheduled to host Steve Nash and the Phoenix Suns on Monday and Carmelo Anthony and the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday in the first of a home-and-home set.
The Sonics, meanwhile, have dropped two in a row. They suffered a 118-109 loss against the Utah Jazz on Friday night at KeyArena.
Ray Allen recorded 32 points for the SuperSonics, while Rashard Lewis scored 24 and Luke Ridnour added 15 points.
Golden State won two of three games against Seattle last season and has won six of nine and nine of the last 13 meetings.
Seattle has lost two straight and five of its last six at Golden State.
