Sacramento Kings (9-10) at Golden State Warriors (10-11), 10:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - Pacific Division rivals battle tonight, as the Golden State Warriors welcome the Sacramento Kings to ORACLE Arena.
This is the second meeting of the season between the clubs. On November 16th, Baron Davis ended with 36 points, eight rebounds and 18 assists to lead the Warriors to a 117-105 win over Sacramento at ORACLE Arena.
Sacramento has lost five of its last seven at Golden State. The Warriors have won five of the last seven contests in this series.
Golden State tries to get back on the winning track, as it begins a short two- game homestand. On Sunday, Luke Ridnour led a group of four Seattle players to score at least 20 points, recording 26 with nine assists, to help the Seattle SuperSonics overcome a 16-point halftime deficit and defeat the Warriors, 117-115, at KeyArena.
Davis collected 28 points, nine rebounds and 13 assists in the loss to Seattle for the Warriors, who scored just 16 third-quarter points to relinquish their halftime lead. Matt Barnes added 20 points and seven different Golden State players scored in double-figures for the Warriors, who lost five of their last six games overall.
The Warriors are 9-5 at home this season. They are scheduled to host Yao Ming and the Houston Rockets on Thursday.
The Kings try to win back-to-back games as they play the first of a two-game road trip. Brad Miller scored 19 points and Corliss Williamson netted 18 to lead Sacramento past the Atlanta Hawks, 117-92, on Sunday at ARCO Arena.
Mike Bibby added 16 points, while Kevin Martin and John Salmons both contributed 14 for the Kings, who snapped a five-game losing streak and defeated Atlanta for the seventh consecutive time.
Sacramento, which shot 57.3 percent from the field in the win over Atlanta, is 7-4 at home this season. The Kings will visit Carlos Boozer and the Utah Jazz on Friday at EnergySolutions Arena.
