Memphis Grizzlies (30-23) at Dallas Mavericks (42-11), 8:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The red-hot Dallas Mavericks continue their homestand tonight when they welcome the Memphis Grizzlies to the American Airlines Center.
Dallas is 3-0 on the homestand and defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 93-91 Tuesday night. Dallas' first game after the All-Star break eventually turned into the 16th victory in 17 tries for the Southwest-Division leaders.
Dirk Nowitzki recorded 17 points and 10 rebounds, while Josh Howard led all scorers with 23 points in the win over the Clippers.
The Mavs, who are 23-4 as the host this season, have won a franchise-tying 12 straight at home and own a one-game lead over San Antonio in the division.
Memphis, meanwhile, has ripped off four straight wins after a season-high five-game losing streak.
In Tuesday's win over the Toronto Raptors, Pau Gasol registered 21 points, 10 boards and six assists to lead the Grizzlies, who are 12 games off the lead in the Pacific.
After two straight home wins, the Grizzlies will take it to the road in Dallas. Memphis, which owns a 3-10 mark in its last 13 road games, is 13-15 away from FedEx Forum this season.
The Grizzlies won the first meeting of the season on November 26 by a 112-92 score in Dallas, but the Mavericks have beaten Memphis twice since then. Dallas posted a 90-83 triumph on December 9, then notched an 81-80 win on February 1.
Dallas has won seven of the last eight meetings in this series and own a 10-2 in the last 12 meetings with Memphis at the American Airlines Center.
The Grizzlies are 4-17 in games played in Dallas.
