New Jersey Nets (28-23) at Milwaukee Bucks (27-25), 8 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Bucks try to post their seventh straight home-win this evening when they welcome the New Jersey Nets to the Bradley Center.
The Bucks, though, enter tonight's tilt on a sour note after dropping their final game before the All-Star break to the Indiana Pacers, 88-77, on Wednesday at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Michael Redd led the Bucks with 24 points. Bobby Simmons scored 19 points and Jamaal Magloire recorded 11 points and 15 rebounds for Milwaukee, which lost for the second time in its last three contests.
The Bucks lone win over the last three games came in their arena, where they have not lost since falling to the Houston Rockets back on January 23. A win tonight would give them their longest run at home since reeling off 10 straight from December 10, 2003-January 15, 2004.
Milwaukee, which will visit Chicago on Wednesday, is 17-9 in its arena this season.
New Jersey, meanwhile, comes in on a winning note as well after Vince Carter scored 19 points and tipped in his own miss with 9.6 seconds left to boost the Nets to a 95-94 triumph over the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday.
Richard Jefferson totaled 25 points and 10 rebounds, while Nenad Krstic added 22 points for the Nets, who snapped a seven-game road losing streak. Jason Kidd narrowly missed a triple-double with 11 points, nine boards and nine assists, as New Jersey posted its first away win since January 18 at Philadelphia.
The Nets, who will host Orlando on Wednesday, are 11-16 away from home this season.
Milwaukee has split its two matchups with the Nets this season, but has won six of eight and seven of the last 10 meetings. New Jersey has also lost four straight and nine of its last 10 in Milwaukee.
