Portland Trail Blazers (8-18) at Sacramento Kings (10-16), 10 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Portland Trail Blazers play the finale of a four-game road trip tonight, as they visit the struggling Sacramento Kings at ARCO Arena.
The home team has won 13 of the last 18 meetings in this series, while the Kings have captured two in a row and three of the last four contests. Portland has lost two straight and three of its last four at Sacramento.
Ruben Patterson finished with 23 points and six rebounds to lead the Trail Blazers over the Minnesota Timberwolves, 91-83, on Friday at the Target Center. With the victory, Portland moved to 1-2 on the swing.
Zach Randolph poured in 21 points and pulled down 10 rebounds and Juan Dixon chipped in 12 points in the win over Minnesota for the Trail Blazers, who lost head coach Nate McMillan to an ejection in the third quarter before stopping a two-game losing streak.
Portland is 3-11 on the road this season. After tonight's game, the Trail Blazers return to the Rose Garden for a three-game homestand. They will host Philadelphia, Memphis and the Clippers.
Sacramento enters tonight's game on a four-game losing streak. On Thursday, Dirk Nowitzki erupted for 37 points, including 14 in the fourth quarter, to lead the Dallas Mavericks past the Kings, 105-95, at ARCO Arena.
Mike Bibby scored 22 points and Shareef Abdur-Rahim finished with 13 points and eight boards in the loss to the Mavericks for the Kings, who have dropped nine of their last 12 overall.
The Kings are 7-8 as the host this season. They have lost five of their last six at ARCO Arena.
