Sacramento Kings (17-22) at Miami Heat (23-17), 6 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Sacramento Kings play the second of a season-long six- game road trip tonight, as they visit the Miami Heat at AmericanAirlines Arena.
This is the second and final meeting of the season between the clubs. On December 2nd, Dwyane Wade poured in 27 points and handed out seven assists, as Miami defeated Sacramento, 98-87, at ARCO Arena.
The Heat have won four straight after losing the last two meetings in this series. Sacramento has lost three straight and eight of its last nine at Miami.
Sacramento attempts to rebound from a tough loss. On Saturday, Hedo Turkoglu scored a game-high 22 points and the Orlando Magic rallied from a double-digit halftime deficit to beat the Kings, 83-78, in overtime at TD Waterhouse Centre.
Mike Bibby netted 17 points and Brad Miller recorded a double-double with 16 points and 11 rebounds in the loss to the Magic for Sacramento, which had its three-game winning streak snapped.
The Kings are 5-11 on the road this season. They will also play Philadelphia, New York, Boston and Toronto on the trip.
Miami plays the second of a four-game homestand this evening. On Friday, Tony Parker poured in a career-high 38 points, as the San Antonio Spurs defeated the Heat, 101-94, at AmericanAirlines Arena.
Dwyane Wade poured in 36 points and Shaquille O'Neal scored 23 points, 17 in the second half, and grabbed six rebounds before fouling out for Miami, which dropped its second straight game after a four-game winning streak.
Jason Williams tallied 18 points and Antoine Walker added 12 points and seven rebounds for Miami in defeat.
The Heat are 12-5 as the host this season. They will host the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday and the Phoenix Suns on Thursday in the finale of the stand.
