Memphis Grizzlies (23-15) at Washington Wizards (18-20), 3:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The struggling Memphis Grizzlies play the third of a four- game road trip today, as the visit the Washington Wizards at the MCI Center.
The Grizzlies enter this afternoon's game on a season-worst four-game losing streak. On Friday, Allen Iverson poured in 30 points and Chris Webber added 29 points and eight rebounds, as the Philadelphia 76ers defeated Memphis, 89-86, in overtime at the Wachovia Center.
Eddie Jones led Memphis with 22 points and pulled down nine boards in the loss to Philadelphia, while Bobby Jackson ended with 14 points and nine boards in defeat.
Mike Miller tallied 13 points off the bench and Pau Gasol contributed 12 points, seven rebounds and six assists for Memphis, which has dropped five of its last seven games overall.
Memphis is 10-9 on the road this season. The Grizzlies will visit the Miami Heat on Tuesday at AmericanAirlines Arena in the finale of the current swing.
The Wizards try to win their second straight game. On Friday, Gilbert Arenas poured in 33 points to lead Washington past the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets, 110-99, at the MCI Center.
Caron Butler added 24 points and Antawn Jamison had 20 points, 11 rebounds and six assists for the Wizards, who have won five of their last six games overall.
Washington is 11-8 at the MCI Center this season. The Wizards have won three in a row at home.
This is the first of two meetings between the clubs this season. The Grizzlies are scheduled to host the Wizards on February 27th at FedExForum.
