Portland Trail Blazers (4-6) at Orlando Magic (4-6), 7 p.m.
(Sports Network) - Two teams with identical records meet tonight, as the Portland Trail Blazers continue their seven-game road trip when they visit the Orlando Magic at TD Waterhouse Centre.
This is the first of two meetings between the clubs this season. The Blazers are scheduled to host the Magic on January 13, 2006 at the Rose Garden.
The Trail Blazers have won 12 of the last 18 meetings in this series. Portland has win six in a row at Orlando.
Portland is 1-2 on the current road trip. On Wednesday, Dwyane Wade led a balanced scoring attack with 19 points and tied a career-high with 11 rebounds, as the Miami Heat defeated the Trail Blazers, 100-79, at AmericanAirlines Arena.
Darius Miles led the Blazers with 19 points in the loss to Miami for the Blazers, while Zach Randolph finished with 16 points and eight boards in defeat. Portland has lost three of its last four games overall.
The Blazers are 1-4 on the road this season. They will closeout the swing with games against Atlanta, Philadelphia and Washington.
Orlando plays the third contest of a four-game homestand. On Wednesday, Hedo Turkoglu scored 23 points and added seven rebounds, as the Magic defeated the Washington Wizards, 91-83, at TD Waterhose Centre.
Starting for the injured Steve Francis, Keyon Dooling finished with 11 points and dished out five assists for the Magic, who halted a two-game losing streak. Francis was inactive after being involved in a minor accident on Saturday night and suffering a bruised chest, shoulder, and ribs in a single- car crash.
The Magic are 2-4 at home this season. They are scheduled to host the Heat on Saturday in the finale of the stand.
