Milwaukee Bucks (5-2) at Sacramento Kings (3-5), 10 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Bucks play the third contest of a four-game road trip tonight, as they travel to Sacramento to meet the Kings at ARCO Arena.
Milwaukee is 1-1 on its current swing. After losing the Clippers in the opener of the trip, Michael Redd scored a game-high 27 points and Bobby Simmons netted 20 as the Bucks downed the Golden State Warriors, 90-87, at The Arena in Oakland.
Simmons grabbed 10 rebounds in the win over Golden State for the Bucks, who outscored the Warriors 27-15 in the third quarter to build a big lead and then held off a furious rally by the home team in the closing minutes.
Milwaukee snapped a 17-game losing streak to Western Conference clubs on the road by dominating the glass. The Bucks outrebounded Golden State 58-42 for the night, with Joe Smith pulling down 13 boards and rookie Andrew Bogut registering 11 in just under 16 minutes of action.
The Bucks will closeout the road trip on Monday at the Delta Center against the Utah Jazz. Milwaukee is 3-1 on the road this season.
Sacramento plays the finale of a four-game homestand. It is 2-1 on the current stand. On Tuesday, Mike Bibby scored a game-high 25 points and Peja Stojakovic netted 21, as the Kings crushed the Utah Jazz, 119-83, at ARCO Arena
Bonzi Wells finished with 15 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists in the win over Utah, while two-time All-Star Brad Miller contributed 14 points, six assists and six boards for the Kings, who shot an impressive 54.7 percent from the field.
The Kings are 2-2 as the host this season. They are scheduled to visit the Seattle SuperSonics on Sunday, before returning home for another four-game homestand.
These two teams will play on March 8th at the Bradley Center in the final meeting between the squads in the 2005-06 campaign.
Sacramento has won two straight and seven of the last eight meetings in this series. The Bucks have lost three of their last four against the Kings on the road.
