(Sports Network) - The Charlotte Bobcats go for their second straight win when they visit the Toronto Raptors tonight at Air Canada Centre.
Charlotte earned a tough victory on Tuesday night at home. Gerald Wallace had 26 points and 14 rebounds, while Emeka Okafor scored 21 points in his return from an ankle injury as Charlotte outlasted the Houston Rockets 111-106 on in double overtime.
Okafor, who had been sidelined since December 19 with a sprained right ankle, also grabbed eight rebounds but aggravated the injury with 1:36 remaining in the second overtime.
Primoz Brezec finished with 20 points and Brevin Knight netted 15 along with 18 assists on in the win over Toronto to help the Bobcats stop a four-game slide.
Okafor is doubtful for tonight's contest.
The Bobcats are 4-14 on the road this season. They have dropped three in a row on the road.
Toronto comes into tonight's tilt riding a two-game losing streak after falling to the Chicago Bulls, 113-104, on Monday at the United Center. Chris Bosh led the way for the Raptors with a 26-point, five-rebound, five-assist performance, while Jalen Rose tallied 24 points.
Morris Peterson added 22 points and Mike James notched a double-double with 14 points and 13 assists for Toronto, which had won five in a row prior to its skid.
Over his last five games Bosh has netted 22.4 points, while pulling down 8.2 rebounds. The 21-year-old Georgia Tech product has also reached double-figures in scoring in every game this season.
The Raptors, who will close a brief two-game homestand against the New York Knicks Sunday, have won three of four at home and are a dismal 4-13 in their building this season.
Toronto defeated Charlotte earlier in the season and has won three of the four all-time meetings.
