Boston Celtics (20-26) at Miami Heat (29-19), 7:30 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The struggling Boston Celtics attempt to put the brakes on a five-game losing streak tonight, as they visit the Miami Heat at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Boston plays the second of a brief two-game road trip. On Saturday, Steve Francis ended with 18 points, six rebounds and seven assists to lead the Orlando Magic over the Celtics, 100-91, at TD Waterhouse Centre.

Paul Pierce had a game-high 37 points in the loss to Orlando for the Celtics, who have lost seven of their last nine games overall. Delonte West and Wally Szczerbiak added 13 points apiece for Boston, which received just 14 points from its bench.

The Celtics are a dismal 4-19 as the visitor this season. They have lost six in a row o the road.

Miami will also try to get back on the winning track this evening. On Saturday, Vince Carter notched a triple-double with 28 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists as the New Jersey Nets defeated the Heat, 105-92, at Continental Airlines Arena.

Dwyane Wade finished with a game-best 31 points and Antoine Walker netted 19 in the loss to New Jersey for the Heat, who had a four-game winning streak halted. Center Shaquille O'Neal was limited to 11 points on 4-of-12 shooting from the floor.

The Heat are a solid 16-6 at home this season. They have won two straight and four of their last five as the host.

This is the first of four meetings between the clubs this season.

Boston has lost three straight after winning its last two at Miami.
