Detroit Pistons (64-16) at Milwaukee Bucks (39-41), 8 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Milwaukee Bucks battle for playoff positioning, as they host the Detroit Pistons tonight at the Bradley Center.

Detroit is the Central Division champs and will be the top seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs, while Milwaukee is tied with Indiana and Chicago for No. 6.

The Bucks try and bounce back from a tough loss. On Saturday, Josh Smith totaled 28 points, seven rebounds, seven assists and three blocked shots as the Atlanta Hawks defeated Milwaukee, 120-114, at the Bradley Center.

With the Philadelphia 76ers 102-97 setback to the Orlando Magic on Saturday, the Bucks made the postseason for the sixth time in the last eight seasons.

Michael Redd posted 36 points and eight assists and rookie Andrew Bogut contributed 24 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists in the loss to Atlanta for the Bucks.

Milwaukee is 24-16 at home this season. The Bucks wrap up their regular season on Tuesday at Washington.

The Pistons try to make it two wins in a row. On Sunday, Richard Hamilton scored 28 points as Detroit defeated the New York Knicks, 103-97, at The Palace of Auburn Hills and set the franchise record for victories in a season with its 64th win, breaking the mark set by the 1988-89 squad.

Tayshaun Prince scored 20 points in the win over New York for the Pistons, who have won three of their last four games overall. Rasheed Wallace netted 10, while Chauncey Billups dished out 11 assists in the win.

Detroit is 27-13 on the road this season. The Pistons play their regular- season finale on Wednesday at home against the Wizards.

The Pistons have won all three meetings between the squads this season and have won five in a row in this series. Detroit has lost five of its last seven at Milwaukee.
