Tony Parker added 18 points and five assists and Manu Ginobili scored 13 points and pulled down six rebounds in the victory over Portland for the Spurs, who have won six straight and 15 of their last 17 games overall.

San Antonio is an impressive 20-9 as the visitor this season. The Spurs are scheduled to visit the Clippers on Tuesday and the Phoenix Suns on Thursday. They have won 10 of their last 12 on the road.

The Lakers enter tonight's game on a two-game winning streak. On Saturday, Kobe Bryant scored 40 points and Lamar Odom had 24 points and dished out 10 assists to lead the Lakers over the Detroit Pistons, 105-94, at the Staples Center.

Chris Mihm added 12 points and Brian Cook scored 10 in the win over Detroit for the Lakers, who used an 18-0 run that bridged the third and fourth quarters to turn a 10-point deficit into an eight-point lead that they would never relinquish.

The Lakers are 17-11 as the host this season. They have won two in a row and four of their last five at home.
