Houston Rockets (33-43) at Sacramento Kings (40-37), 9 p.m.

(Sports Network) - The Sacramento Kings continue their push towards the playoffs when they welcome the Houston Rockets tonight to ARCO Arena.

Sacramento is tied with the Lakers for the seventh spot in the Western Conference playoff race.

The Kings have won two straight games. Mike Bibby scored 30 points and grabbed six rebounds as the Kings defeated the Clippers, 96-93, on Friday at the Staples Center.

Ron Artest scored 23 points, dished out six assists and made some key defensive stops down the stretch in the win over the Clippers for the Kings. Brad Miller ended with 18 points and seven rebounds, while Bonzi Wells scored nine and grabbed 10 boards in the victory.

Sacramento is 24-13 at home this season. It will host the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday.

The Rockets, who play the fifth of a six-game road trip, try to win back-to- back games. On Friday, Yao Ming posted 30 points and 14 rebounds as Houston defeated the Golden State Warriors, 100-93, at The Arena in Oakland.

Rookie Luther Head scored 26 points in the win over Golden State for the Rockets, who snapped a three-game losing streak. Rafer Alston poured in 16 points and dished out nine assists, while Juwan Howard netted 12 in the victory.

Houston, which will visit the Utah Jazz on Monday, is 18-20 on the road this season.

This is the fourth and final meeting of the campaign between the teams. Houston won the three previous contests and has won four in a row in this series.

Houston has won two straight after losing its last 11 at Sacramento.
