Sacramento Kings (17-9) at Utah Jazz (11-8), 8 p.m.
(Sports Network) - Two teams try to halt losing streaks tonight, as the Sacramento Kings visit the Utah Jazz at the Delta Center.
The Kings have dominated lately at Utah, as they have won eight straight as the visitor against the Jazz. The last time the Jazz won at home against the Kings was on April 19, 2000.
It is the first meeting of the season between the teams. In 2003-04, the Kings won three of the four contests with the Jazz. Sacramento has won 12 of 14 and 13 of the last 16 meetings in this series.
The Jazz come into tonight's game having lost three straight games. On Wednesday, Utah fell to the Los Angeles Clippers, 101-90, in a contest between two struggling Western Conference teams at the Staples Center.
Carlos Boozer netted 23 points and hauled down eight boards Wednesday for the Jazz, who suffered their sixth defeat in seven outings.
Utah is 4-13 when it scores under 100 points this season.
Boozer has scored in double-digits in 12 straight contests. He is averaging 20.1 points and 9.9 rebounds in that span. Boozer has recorded 15 double- doubles this season.
The Jazz are 6-7 home this season. Utah has lost four of its last six as the host.
Sacramento has lost two straight contests, but comes into the game after having four full days off. On Sunday, the Kings dropped a disappointing 98-94 decision to the Golden State Warriors at ARCO Arena.
Chris Webber had 28 points and seven boards in Sunday's loss for the Kings, who have dropped three of their last five overall. All-Star Peja Stojakovic tallied 18 points and Mike Bibby added 14.
Sacramento is 12-1 when it allows under 100 points this season.
The Kings are 6-5 on the road this season. Sacramento has won two straight and six of its last seven as the visitor.
