Chicago Bulls (9-15) at Milwaukee Bucks (6-16), 7 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The streaking Chicago Bulls go for their sixth straight win, as they visit the disappointing Milwaukee Bucks tonight at the Bradley Center.
It is the second meeting of the season between the two clubs. On December 16th, the Bulls knocked off the Bucks, 85-77, at the United Center.
Overall in this series, the home team has won 14 of the last 15 meetings. Milwaukee has won three of five and six of the last 10 contests. Chicago has lost 12 straight at Milwaukee.
The last time the Bulls were victorious in Milwaukee was on March 29, 1998.
On Wednesday, Chicago recorded another win, downing the Detroit Pistons, 89-82, at The Palace of Auburn Hills. Rookie Ben Gordon had 19 points and Andres Nocioni added 18 to lead the Bulls to the victory. Tyson Chandler chipped in 13 points and 11 rebounds for the Bulls, who have won five straight games and are on their longest winning streak since reeling off 13 straight during the end of the Michael Jordan era in 1998.
Center Eddy Curry added 12 points in Wednesday's win for Chicago, which snapped a nine-game losing streak in the series against Detroit and won for only the second time in the last 19 overall meetings.
With the win over the Pistons, the Bulls improved to 3-8 on the road while it defeated Detroit for the first time since April 10, 2002.
The Bucks' downward spiral continued on Wednesday night, as they fell 104-95 to the Portland Trail Blazers at the Bradley Center. Mike James paced the Bucks with 22 points, while Desmond Mason chipped in 16. Milwaukee, which has lost five straight overall.
Joe Smith had 14 points in Wednesday's loss for the Bucks, while Kendall Gill and Dan Gadzuric each ended with 12.
Milwaukee is just 5-7 as the host. The Bucks have lost three straight and six of their last seven at home.
