New York Knicks (22-20) at Oklahoma City Thunder (27-15), 8 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Oklahoma City Thunder are back home after coming up empty on a quick road trip and will host the New York Knicks tonight.
The Thunder lost to both the Lakers and Nuggets following a four-game winning streak and suffered a 112-107 loss in Denver on Wednesday. Russell Westbrook had 28 points and 10 assists, while Kevin Durant posted 22 points in a losing effort. Serge Ibaka tallied 16 points and nine rebounds for Oklahoma City, which couldn't prevent Nuggets star Carmelo Anthony from posting 35 points.
"We didn't do much defensively to prevent them from scoring," Thunder head coach Scott Brooks said.
Jeff Green provided 11 points and five boards in defeat.
Oklahoma City will put its four-game home winning streak on the line Saturday night and is 15-6 as the host this season.
New York, meanwhile, is mired in a five-game funk and suffered a 101-92 setback Friday night in San Antonio.
Amare Stoudemire had 18 points and 15 rebounds, and saw his streak of 20 or more points end at 26 consecutive contests. It was the most in Knicks history since Patrick Ewing did it in 28 straight contests from January 25-March 27, 1990.
"You have to give them credit because they are long at the basket and there is a reason they are the best team in the league, but I think we had a shot at them, we just didn't make crucial shots," said New York head coach Mike D'Antoni.
Raymond Felton chipped in 23 points and seven assists for New York, which has lost eight in a row in the Alamo City. The Knicks are 0-2 on a three-game road trip and own a 12-11 record away from Madison Square Garden this season.
The Knicks handed the Thunder a 112-98 setback on Dec. 22 this season in the Big Apple, as Stoudemire scored 23 points to help New York snap a three-game losing streak in the series.
New York has lost three in a row, six of eight and seven of the last 10 road meetings with the Seattle/Oklahoma City franchise.
