(Sports Network) - The Sacramento Kings will resume a four-game road trip Sunday against the Toronto Raptors in a battle of last place teams at Air Canada Centre.
The Kings dropped their fourth game in a row in the opener of the trek, a 106-104 loss at Milwaukee on Saturday. Kevin Martin had 20 points and Francisco Garcia added 19 for Sacramento, which has yet to taste victory against the Eastern Conference this season, falling to 0-17.
Brad Miller nearly notched a triple-double with 14 points, 13 boards and nine assists, while Jason Thompson chipped in 16 points and nine rebounds in defeat. The Kings, who are last in the Pacific, will also visit Cleveland and Boston and are just 3-19 away from home this season.
Toronto put the brakes on a seven-game losing streak with a 114-94 win at Chicago in its last outing on Friday night. Jose Calderon had 23 points and 10 assists to lead the Raptors, who got 22 points and five boards from Andrea Bargnani. Chris Bosh finished with 17 points, six rebounds and six steals, as the Raptors went 1-2 on a three-game road trip.
The Raptors, cellar dwellers of the Atlantic, will try to improve their 8-12 home mark Sunday.
Toronto defeated Sacramento, 107-101, at ARCO Arena on December 26 this season and has won three of the last four meetings. The Kings are 12-6 in the previous 18 matchups in the series but have dropped four in a row in Canada.
