Orlando Magic (33-9) at Miami Heat (22-19), 7:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - Florida rivals meet in South Beach Saturday when the Orlando Magic shoot for their 11th straight win over the Miami Heat.
The Heat, who are 10 1/2 games behind the Magic in the Southeast Division, haven't tasted victory over Orlando since a 110-100 win in the Magic Kingdom on February 15, 2006. The Magic have won five straight in South Beach.
Most recently, the Magic lost Thursday when Paul Pierce finished with 27 points and 10 rebounds, as the Boston Celtics sent a message and topped the Orlando, 90-80, in a matchup of two of the Eastern Conference's premier teams.
All-Star Dwight Howard, who led all vote-getters with 3,150,181 votes in the recent fan balloting, becoming the first player in history to receive more than three million votes, was limited to 11 points and 11 rebounds and fouled out late in the fourth quarter, making only 4-of-10 field goals.
Hedo Turkoglu led the Magic with 22 points, while Rashard Lewis ended with 20 points and 10 boards in the loss.
The Heat, meanwhile, also lost to the Celtics in their most recent game, the opener of a four-game homestand. Eddie House took some pressure off Boston's trio of superstars in that one, hitting 7-of-11 from behind the arc for 25 points, as the Celtics rolled in a 98-83 thumping of Miami.
Coming off a respectable 4-3 road trip, Miami struggled on both sides of the ball, hitting 40 percent of its shots compared to Boston's 51.4 percent clip from the field.
Dwyane Wade finished with 25 points, while Daequan Cook sunk four three- pointers for 20 points as the Heat fell to 12-7 as the host this year. Shawn Marion (groin) is doubtful for Saturday.
Miami will also face Atlanta and Washington on its residency.
