Sacramento Kings (9-30) at Golden State Warriors (11-28), 10:30 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Sacramento Kings hope to put the brakes on an ugly 12- game road losing streak when they face the Golden State Warriors at ORACLE Arena on Tuesday.
The Kings were trounced by a talented Orlando team on Tuesday when Dwight Howard poured in 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the Magic in an easy 139-107 win at ARCO Arena.
Kevin Martin notched a game-best 30 points for the Kings, who have lost six of seven overall. Francisco Garcia gave 15 points and Spencer Hawes 14 in defeat.
The Warriors, meanwhile, won the opener of a long seven-game homestand on Sunday when Jamal Crawford had 32 points, and made the go-ahead three-pointer late in the fourth, as Golden State prevailed in a 120-117 win over the Indiana Pacers.
Kelenna Azubuike contributed 21 points and eight rebounds, while Marco Belinelli added 17 points for the Warriors, who snapped a five-game slide. Andris Biedrins ended with 11 points and nine boards in the win.
Golden State, which is 7-8 in Oakland on the season, will also host Atlanta, Washington, Oklahoma City, Cleveland and the LA Clippers on the residency.
The Kings, who are a miserable 2-17 on the road, have won two of their past three meetings with Golden State but have dropped four straight and six of their last seven in Oakland.
