(Sports Network) - The playoff-hopeful Milwaukee Bucks will resume a six-game homestand this evening versus the New York Knicks at the Bradley Center.
Milwaukee opened the residency with a 127-120 victory versus Golden State on Saturday, as Richard Jefferson scored a season-high 35 points to lead seven players in double figures.
Luke Ridnour totaled 17 points and five assists for the Bucks, who saw their three-game slide come to an end and sit percentage points ahead of Chicago for the final playoff spot in the East. Charlie Bell recorded 16 points and Ramon Sessions ended with 15 and nine assists.
The Bucks will also welcome the Hornets, Celtics, Magic and Blazers to town, and also sport a 19-12 home mark this season.
Meanwhile, New York will continue its five-game road trip tonight and opened the trek with Sunday's 106-101 loss at rival New Jersey. David Lee finished with 19 points and 14 boards for the Knicks, who have dropped five of six overall and six in a row on the road.
Nate Robinson chipped in 17 points and five assists off the bench, while Al Harrington and Larry Hughes scored 14 and 11 points, respectively, in defeat. The Knicks will also visit Detroit, Minnesota and Cleveland, and are just 7-22 away from the Big Apple in 2008-09.
The Knicks are three games off the eighth and final postseason spot in the East and will try to snap a four-game losing streak to the Bucks. Milwaukee is 3-0 so far in this season's series and has won the last two as the host.
