Houston Rockets (21-13) at Atlanta Hawks (21-11), 7:00 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Houston Rockets resume a five-game road trip Saturday hoping to bounce back from one of their worst losses of the season when they face the Atlanta Hawks at Philips Arena.
The Rockets dropped the opener of their trek in Toronto on Friday when Andrea Bargnani finished with 19 points and six rebounds, as the Raptors blew past Houston, 94-73.
Von Wafer tied a career high with 18 points to pace the Rockets, who shot just 34.1 percent from the floor and had their lowest point total this season. Yao Ming poured in 14 points, and Ron Artest added 12 points in the loss -- Houston's fourth in six games.
Star swingman Tracy McGrady had just four points, two rebounds and two assists.
The Rockets, who are 10-9 away from home this season and have won three straight over Atlanta, will also visit the Sixers, Celtics and Thunder on their trip.
The Hawks, meanwhile, suffered a tough defeat on Friday as Vince Carter's buzzer-beating three- pointer in overtime atoned for a miss that would have won it at the end of regulation, sending the New Jersey Nets to a dramatic 93-91 win over Atlanta at the IZOD Center.
Mike Bibby scored for 22 points, six assists and five rebounds, while Josh Smith scored 20 to go along with six boards as the Hawks lost for the first time in seven games.
Joe Johnson just missed his second triple-double of the season with 13 points, nine boards and nine helpers for Atlanta, while Al Horford added 10 points and eight rebounds in the loss.
Home cooking has ruled in this series recently. The host has taken nine of 10 and 14 of the last 16 meetings in the series. Meanwhile, the Hawks are a gaudy 14-2 in Philips Arena this season and have won five straight at home.
