Milwaukee Bucks (9-13) at Phoenix Suns (12-9), 9:00 p.m.
(Sports Network) - The Phoenix Suns aim to sweep a quick two-game homestand and defeat Milwaukee for the 21st consecutive time in the desert as they welcome the Bucks to US Airways Center on Tuesday.
Milwaukee, which is just 4-9 on the road this season, is 0-15 all-time at US Airways Center and last beat the Suns in Phoenix on February 21, 1987, a 115-107 triumph at Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
The Suns won the opener of their residency and halted a four-game skid on Saturday when Amare Stoudemire recorded a double-double with 22 points and 20 rebounds, as Phoenix pulled out a gutty 106-104 win over the Utah Jazz.
Leandro Barbosa poured in a game-high 25 points, while Matt Barnes added 14 points for Phoenix, which also received 15 points and 10 boards from Shaquille O'Neal and improved to 5-5 at home this season.
The Bucks, meanwhile, dropped the opener of a three-game road trip Sunday after Kobe Bryant scored 20 points, more than all five of Milwaukee's starters combined, as the Los Angeles Lakers blew past the Bucks, 105-92, at the Staples Center.
Milwaukee's five starters totaled just 18 points, including two from Michael Redd on 1-of-6 shooting. Malik Allen, Richard Jefferson, Andrew Bogut, Luke Ridnour and Redd combined to go 8-for-28 from the field.
Allen left the game against the Lakers with a sprained rib and is listed as day-to-day.
Milwaukee will finish its trek in Oakland against the Golden State Warriors on Wednesday.
