(Sports Network) - Two clubs on the outside of the playoff picture will tangle
tonight when the Milwaukee Bucks welcome the Philadelphia 76ers to the Bradley
The Bucks currently sit last in the Central Division, while Philadelphia is
14th overall in the Eastern Conference, ahead of only Boston.
This is the third and final meeting between the two clubs this year. Each team
has a win on its home floor thus far in the series. The Bucks, though, have
taken four of the last six matchups overall.
Milwaukee dropped its seventh straight game on Friday, as Channing Frye hit
two free throws after a controversial foul on Andrew Bogut with 0.8 seconds
remaining to lift the Knicks over the Bucks, 95-93.
Mo Williams tied the game at 93-93 with 23.8 seconds left and after a timeout,
Stephon Marbury held the ball near midcourt for the Knicks before dribbling to
the right baseline, but his jumper came up short.
However, referee Courtney Kirkland called a loose ball foul on Bogut, who was
battling Frye under the basket for a rebound.
Officials huddled and went to a replay to determine if time was left on the
clock. Bogut's left hand appeared to barely make contact with Frye, causing

Williams had 28 points and 10 rebounds for the Bucks, who are 11-12 at home
this season. Bogut ended with 19 points, Ruben Patterson 13 and Michael Redd
Philadelphia was also in action on Friday and was defeated by Charlotte,
Kyle Korver scored a team-high 21 points for Philadelphia, which has lost four
of its last five games. Korver was just 3-of-8 from beyond the arc, but
finished a perfect 8-for-8 from the line. Andre Miller chipped in 15 points
and also dished out seven assists, Steven Hunter had 14 points, and Andre
Iguodala finished with 10 points for the Sixers.
The 76ers are just 8-22 as the visitor this season, but return home on Monday
to host Sacramento and begin a six-game homestand.
