NBA Game Summary - Utah at Miami

Miami, FL (Sports Network) - Dwyane Wade hit a jumper at the buzzer to lift the Miami Heat over the Utah Jazz, 104-102, at AmericanAirlines Arena.
Wade ended with 20 points and six assists for Miami, which ended a two-game slide and avoided a third straight overtime game. Shaquille O'Neal ended with 17 points and 10 boards, but fouled out in his career-high fifth straight game, as the Heat won for just the fourth time in 13 games.
Deron Williams had 22 points and seven assists and Andrei Kirilenko recorded 21 points and seven boards for Utah, which ended a four-game road trip just 1-3. C.J. Miles had a season-high 20 points and Carlos Boozer was held to only 10 points and 10 boards for the Jazz, losers in nine of 11.
Down 74-63 heading into the fourth quarter, Miles did his best to give the Jazz life. He scored the first 11 points of the quarter for Utah, hitting three straight treys and converting a dunk 3 1/2 minutes into the stanza to draw the Jazz within 80-74.
Paul Millsap later converted a three-point play to make it an 82-77 game with 7:48 on the clock, but Miami managed to extend to a 94-83 lead when O'Neal dunked with 4:14 left.
The Jazz refused to go away and Kirilenko's three-pointer with 1:18 left drew the Jazz within 99-98. Matt Harpring then hit a pair of free throws with 46.3 seconds left to end a 14-3 run and give Utah its first lead since ending the first quarter with a 23-21 edge, 100-99.
The next time down the floor Daequan Cook drained a three-pointer to put Miami back in front, but Boozer hit a pair of free throws with 18.5 on the clock to tie the game at 102.
Wade responded for the Heat, taking the ball and running down the clock. He drove to the basket and pulled up from the left elbow, pump faking and hitting the front of the rim before the ball bounced up and then in as time expired.
"When the shot hit the front of the rim and I saw it bounce up, I knew it was going in," said Wade. "Finally we got a bounce around here."
Cook ended with 15 points and Earl Barron had a season-high 13 for the Heat, who split the season series with the Jazz. The Heat have won five straight in Miami against Utah.
"We had a tough time stopping them but we did hang in there and give ourselves a chance at the end," said Utah head coach Jerry Sloan.
Trailing 23-21 after one quarter, Miami opened the second with a 10-1 run to take the lead. Cook scored four points during the run, which was capped by a a pair of free throws by Barron 3:18 into the frame.
Later, a Dorell Wright layup wit 2:56 left extended the lead to 10 points, 48-38, and the Heat cruised into halftime with a 50-42 advantage.
The Heat grabbed some control in the third, scoring nine of the first 10 points of the half to extend to a 16-point lead. Jason Williams' three-pointer 1:52 in to the quarter capped the surge for a 59-43 cushion.
O'Neal has fouled out of an NBA-high six games this season...Ricky Davis had 12 points for the Heat...Millsap had 12 points...Wade had a streak of three straight 30-plus point efforts end.
