NBA Game Summary - Milwaukee at San Antonio

San Antonio, TX (Sports Network) - Manu Ginobili scored 18 of his 21 points in the first half as the San Antonio Spurs routed the Milwaukee Bucks, 113-88, at AT&T Center.
Tim Duncan added 16 points and 10 boards and Michael Finley ended with 17 points for the Spurs, who have won three straight and improved to 6-1 this season. Tony Parker had 12 points and Francisco Elson had 12 for San Antonio, which led by as many as 40 points in the contest.
Maurice Williams ended with 17 points and Michael Redd scored 14 for the Bucks, who have dropped two straight and four of six this season.
With the game tied 10-10 early on, Finley's three-pointer put the Spurs ahead for good and kick started a 9-0 run. Later, ahead 25-20, San Antonio scored 11 of the final 15 points to go into the second with a 36-24 cushion.
Ginobili scored the final seven points of the frame for the Spurs and hit a pair of free throws early in the second followed by an Elson bucket that gave San Antonio a 40-24 cushion.
Later in the second, ahead 45-31, the Spurs ripped off 11 straight points to grab complete control. Elson and Ginobili combined for eight points during the stretch, with Elson ending it with a bucket for a 56-31 cushion.
The Spurs went into halftime with a 65-38 lead and the Bucks never threatened in the second half.
A pair of Finley buckets to start the second half, the last being a three- pointer, gave San Antonio its first 30-point lead, 70-38. Later in the quarter, two Elson free throws at the 2:59 mark gave the Spurs their first 40-point advantage, 91-51.
San Antonio led 91-61 going into the fourth.
The Bucks won both meetings against the Spurs last season...San Antonio beat the Bucks for the first time since January 18, 2006...Yi Jianlian ended with 13 points and seven rebounds for Milwaukee.
