NBA Game Summary - Orlando at Utah

Salt Lake City, UT (Sports Network) - Mehmet Okur poured in 29 points and shot 4-of-5 from beyond the arc to lead the Utah Jazz to a 119-115 victory over the Orlando Magic at EnergySolutions Arena.
Deron Williams tallied 17 points and 11 assists for the Jazz, who have won three straight and five of six overall. Carlos Boozer contributed 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Andrei Kirilenko added 16 to with eight assists and seven boards.
"We did a pretty good job passing the basketball; moved it pretty well," said Utah coach Jerry Sloan. "I think we executed some of the plays pretty well. I was just disappointed in our defensive effort. We kind of let them do what they wanted to do most of the time."
Dwight Howard recorded a double-double with 29 points and 15 rebounds for Orlando, which wrapped up a four-game road trip that spanned five nights with a 1-3 mark. Rashard Lewis netted 27, while Jameer Nelson, Hedo Turkoglu and Keyon Dooling each scored 10 points.
"I thought we battled and we got right there to the five-minute mark and it was a tie game," said Orlando coach Stan Van Gundy. "In any event, we were even and then they made all the plays and shots and we didn't."
Following a Matt Harpring reverse layup, Orlando found itself trailing 89-84 in the fourth. However, the Magic put together a 9-4 run to tie the game at 93 with just under six minutes on the clock. Turkoglu started the spurt by making two free throws and capped it with a trey.
Utah went back up 99-93 after Boozer completed a three-point play and Okur drained one from beyond the arc. Williams' layup then pushed the lead to 107-98 and the Jazz clinched the game from the foul line.
The Jazz led 31-26 after the first quarter and their advantage grew to 45-35 after a Williams jumper with six minutes left in the second. Lewis knocked down a trey to trim the margin to four, 49-45, but Utah carried a 57-49 lead into halftime.
Utah saw its cushion shrink to 67-65 when Lewis hit a running jump shot with 5:48 left in the third. Late in the period, Harpring made a pair from the charity stripe to make it 80-74 and the Jazz began the fourth quarter with a five point lead, 85-80.
Orlando had won six of eight and eight of the last 12 meetings...Both teams finished with 39 rebounds... Utah shot 53.4 percent from the floor, while the Magic made 46.4 percent of their shots...Utah improves to 15-3 at home...Orlando falls to 16-8 on the road.
