NBA Game Summary - Phoenix at Seattle

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - Ray Allen dropped in 31 points and grabbed six rebounds as Seattle defeated a short-handed Phoenix team, 114-90, at KeyArena.
The Suns played without two key contributors in Steve Nash and Boris Diaw.
Nash, the two-time reigning league MVP, has missed four straight games with a sore right shoulder and will also miss Sunday's NBA All-Star Game. Meanwhile, Diaw missed his second straight tilt with back spasms.
Nick Collison added 22 points on 10-of-13 shooting and 15 rebounds for the Sonics, who have won three of their last four games. Rashard Lewis chipped in with 20 points, while Earl Watson had 12 points and dished out seven assists.
"I think any time you win going into a break it sends everybody home with a good taste in their mouth," said Sonics coach Bob Hill. "But, under our circumstances, where we are right now, I think it's even more important."
Amare Stoudemire had 18 points and 13 boards for the Suns, who dropped their third straight. Marcus Banks tallied a team-high 21 points and Leandro Barbosa finished with 16 points and five assists but had six turnovers.
"I thought we played as hard as we can play and you got to give the Sonics credit," said Suns coach Mike D'Antoni. "They're full strength now and with Ray Allen shooting like that, even with us full strength, I don't know if we could have beat them or not."
The Suns found themselves down by 11 at the half and tried to chip away early in the third quarter. Barbosa's jumper midway through the frame cut the Sonics lead to six, 70-64.
But, Seattle recovered and closed the stanza strongly to take back control of the contest. Allen scored the final six points of the quarter for the Sonics and the team took a comfortable 92-77 cushion into the final quarter.
Seattle continued to pull away early in the fourth. Watson hooked up with Andre Brown with on an alley-oop to make it a 20-point game, 102-82, with 6:59 to go.
Phoenix never seriously threatened from there as the Sonics coasted to the finish line.
The Sonics raced out to a 30-21 advantage after the opening 12 minutes and continued to play frontrunner, 63-52, at intermission..
The Suns are still an impressive 19-7 on the road this season...The SuperSonics are now 14-13 at home this season...The Sonics had 26 assists to just 16 for Phoenix...Allen finished 5-of-9 from long range in the game.
