Oakland, CA (Sports Network) - Baron Davis netted 27 points and dished out nine assists as the Golden State Warriors cruised past the Boston Celtics, 110-100.
Mickael Pietrus tied a season high with 26 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the field for the Warriors, who have won two straight and four of their last five overall.
Andris Biedrins added 20 points and matched a career high with 17 rebounds while Matt Barnes and Jason Richardson each donated 13 points in the victory.
Tony Allen netted 20 points and grabbed seven boards for the slumping Celtics, who have dropped five straight.
Al Jefferson and Delonte West each had 18 points in the loss.
The Warriors closed out the third quarter on an 8-3 run to take a 81-71 lead into the final frame. Biedrins contributed four points during the stretch for Golden State.
A layup by Biedrins with just under nine minutes remaining in the fourth pushed the Warriors' lead to 92-80.
With just under six minutes to play, Pietrus capped off a fast break with a driving layup and hit a free throw after being fouled on the play, as Golden State's lead grew to 99-85.
The Celtics cut the lead to eight points with just under two minutes left to play, but that was as close as the visitors got the rest of the way.
Golden State led 53-48 at halftime as Davis paced the Warriors with 13 points and five assists.
Allen and Jefferson each had 11 points at the break for the Celtics, who had nine turnovers in the first two quarters.
The Warriors have won five straight games at home...Mike Dunleavy had six points and eight rebounds off the bench for Golden State...Boston finished with 18 turnovers.
