NBA Game Summary - Portland at Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (Sports Network) - Shawn Marion scored 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds, and Leandro Barbosa poured in 22 points off of the bench as the Phoenix Suns torched the Portland Trail Blazers, 110-87.
Phoenix recovered nicely after seeing its franchise-record 15-game winning streak end last Friday night in a 144-139 overtime loss to Washington.
Zach Randolph scored 18 points and grabbed 14 rebounds, and Jarrett Jack scored 18 points as well for Portland, which lost its second straight after winning five in a row. Juan Dixon added 13 points for the Trail Blazers.
Raja Bell scored 18 points for Phoenix, which has now won 16 of 17. Jumaine Jones scored 13 points, and Amare Stoudemire scored 12 points and grabbed seven rebounds for the Suns.
Phoenix ran the Blazers out of the building early in this one, and took a 17-point lead into halftime. Portland never threatened in the second half.
The Suns closed the first quarter on a 12-4 run, taking a 25-14 lead into the second quarter. Portland had pulled to within 13-10 on an Ime Udoka layup with 5:26 left, but the Blazers only hit two baskets in the remainder of the quarter.
Phoenix outscored the Blazers 24-18 in the second quarter. Stoudemire followed a dunk with a reverse layup with 1:39 left, and a Marion dunk followed a minute later to put the Suns up 21 points, at 49-28. Two Jack layups in the final minute brought Portland to within 49-32 at halftime.
Portland trailed 76-57 at the end of the third quarter. The Blazers couldn't make a game of it in the final 12 minutes, even with most of the Suns' starters on the bench.
Phoenix has won 18 of 20 since starting 1-5, with both losses coming in overtime...The Suns are 11-0 this season when holding opponents under 100 points...Portland tied a franchise-low with eight assists as a team, and only had one in the first half...Zach Randolph led the Blazers in scoring and rebounding for the 18th time in 27 games...The Suns outscored the Blazers 31-6 in fastbreak points.
