NBA Game Summary - Miami at New Orleans/Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City, OK (Sports Network) - Peja Stojakovic poured in 23 points to guide the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets past the Miami Heat, 101-86, at the Ford Center.
Desmond Mason donated 17 points while Tyson Chandler ripped down 18 rebounds and added seven points for the Hornets, who have won four in a row.
"Tonight I was able to get good shots at the basket and was aggressive in rebounding the basketball," Chandler said.
Dwyane Wade led all scorers with 29 points and also dished out six assists for Miami, which has dropped four of five.
Jason Williams scored 13 points off the bench and Dorell Wright posted a double-double with 10 points and 12 boards.
"We are doing something wrong," said Wade. "We have been very competitive. We just have to make shots."
The contest was close most of the way, with the Hornets owning just a 47-46 lead at the break and 75-71 edge after three quarters of play.
The home team opened up with a 10-0 run to start the final stanza, however, to move in front by 14.
Bobby Jackson had five points in the spurt, including a three-point play with 8:26 remaining to up the lead to 85-71.
Udonis Haslem broke the streak with a layup over a minute later, but Stojakovic countered with a three to keep the Hornets well in front.
Miami did not pull within single digits the rest of the way.
The Heat are 2-2 on the road this season. They will visit Tim Duncan and the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday at the AT&T Center...The Hornets are a perfect 4-0 as the host this season...Miami has lost nine of 11 and 13 of its last 17 on the Hornets home court...The teams will meet on December 18th at AmericanAirlines Arena for the second and final time this season.
