NBA Game Summary - Chicago at Atlanta

Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - Andres Nocioni scored 24 points, grabbed eight rebounds, and hit two clutch free throws with 13.4 seconds left in overtime as the Chicago Bulls held on for a 106-104 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.
Atlanta's Joe Johnson had 23 points on the night, but missed a fadeaway from the elbow with four seconds left in the extra period that would have given the Hawks the lead. Kirk Hinrich pulled down the rebound and was quickly fouled, hit his first free throw and missed his second, but Ben Wallace grabbed his 15th rebound of the game to clinch the win.
Hinrich also scored 24 points, and Ben Gordon scored 23 off of the bench and grabbed eight boards for the Bulls, who have won four in a row and 11 of 12. Luol Deng scored 19 points for Chicago.
"This was a gutsy win," said Bulls head coach Scott Skiles. "There were several times when we could've given up, but we battled back down the stretch."
Marvin Williams also scored 23 points for the Hawks, who have lost four of five. Zaza Pachulia scored 16, and Josh Smith had 14 points and 11 boards for Atlanta. Speedy Claxton scored 10 points and doled out 11 assists.
"I was just trying to contribute," said Williams. "I give all the credit to Speedy, he's a great penetrator and such a great passer."
Johnson also missed an open jumper with 19.2 seconds left in overtime that could have padded the Atlanta lead. Nocioni was fouled on the ensuing possession, draining both of his shots to put the Bulls up 105-104.
Wallace tied the game at 93-93 with 43.1 ticks left in regulation with two free throws. William missed a long three with 19 seconds left, but the Bulls couldn't take advantage, as Gordon's fadeaway from the top of the key fell short in the final seconds of regulation.
The Bulls had trailed by 12 in the fourth quarter, but came all the way back, knotting the game on Wallace's free throws.
The Bulls led 75-73 at the end of the third quarter.
Atlanta started fast, scoring the game's first seven points to take the early lead, and led by as much as eight points in the first quarter. The Bulls came charging back, though, and only trailed 26-24 going into the second quarter.
The Hawks scored four points in the first minute of the second quarter, taking a 30-24 lead on a Salim Stoudemire jumper with 11:25 left in the first half. Chicago answered with eight straight, however, and took a 32-30 lead on a running jumper by Gordon with 9:27 left in the second quarter. Atlanta led 55-51 at halftime.
The Bulls stretched their winning streak over the Hawks to eight games...The win was Chicago's fourth on the road this season, against eight losses. The Bulls are 10-2 at home...The Bulls hit 8-of-15 (53.3 percent) from behind the arc, against a 7-of-22 (31.8 percent) performance by Atlanta.
