Memphis, TN (Sports Network) - Mike Miller scored 30 points, grabbed five rebounds and dished out seven assists, as the Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Philadelphia 76ers, 118-102, in a battle between the two worst teams in the NBA.

Rudy Gay added 23 points off the bench, including 16 in the first half, and Pau Gasol donated 12 points and 12 rebounds for the Grizzlies, who won just their 10th game of the season (10-30) and halted a three-game losing streak.

Samuel Dalembert ended with 17 points, 10 rebounds and two blocks as the Sixers lost for the seventh time in eight games. Memphis product Rodney Carney had eight points in a reserve effort.

Miller netted eight of his 13 first-quarter points during a 15-3 burst that staked the Grizzlies to a 22-12 lead with 4:53 on the clock. Memphis carried a 37-24 advantage into the second when Atkins drilled a three as time expired in the quarter.

The Sixers used a 7-0 run early in the second to cut their deficit to 39-33, but Memphis countered with an 11-0 run -- including five from Gasol -- to extend its lead to 17 points with 7:28 remaining.

A layup and free throw by Gay pushed Memphis' lead to 20, 57-37, with 5:33 to go until halftime. The Grizzlies led by as many as 25 in the frame and carried a 70-49 edge into the break.

Korver netted 13 points in the third quarter, as the 76ers cut their deficit to 93-78 heading into the final frame.

Philadelphia then netted eight of the fourth quarter's first 12 points to get within 97-86 with 9:20 remaining, but the Grizzlies repelled that attack with nine straight points, as Roberts' layup made it 106-86 just under two minutes later.
