Sacramento, CA (Sports Network) - Kevin Martin scored 26 points, as the Sacramento Kings downed the Toronto Raptors, 107-92, at ARCO Arena.
Ron Artest posted 23 points and 10 rebounds for the Kings, who won their third straight. Mike Bibby netted 21 points and Shareef Abdur-Rahim added 18 points and seven boards.
Chris Bosh posted 19 points and seven boards for the Raptors, who lost their second straight. Morris Peterson scored 18 points and Anthony Parker added 14.
T.J. Ford contributed 12 points, seven assists and six rebounds but committed eight of the Raptors' 19 turnovers.
Sacramento raced out to a 36-25 first-quarter advantage, and started the second on an 13-3 run capped by an Abdur-Rahim dunk with 8:55 to go. The Kings led 59-44 at halftime.
In the third quarter, Sacramento outscored Toronto by six points. The Raptors made up that ground, outscoring Sacramento by six in the fourth, however failed to overcome the early deficit.
Sacramento outrebounded Toronto, 44-35, and shot 37-for-76 (48.7 percent) from the field compared to 35-for-84 (41.7 percent) by the Raptors.
The Kings have yet to lose at home this season.
Sacramento has won 11 of the last 14 overall meetings with Toronto, although the teams have split their home-and-home series in each of the past two seasons.
