NBA Game Summary - Seattle at Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (Sports Network) - Steve Nash scored 27 points and doled out 11 assists, to lead the red-hot Phoenix Suns to a 113-102 win over the Seattle SuperSonics.
Shawn Marion scored 29 points and grabbed 15 rebounds for the Suns, who won their sixth straight, and their 25th of 28 since starting the season 1-5.
Amare Stoudemire scored 12 points and pulled down seven boards, and Leandro Barbosa added 13 points off the bench for the Suns.
The loss came in spite of a career night for Nick Collison, who scored 29 points and pulled down a career-high 21 rebounds for the Sonics, who have lost five straight and seven of eight.
Ray Allen scored 25 points and tallied nine assists for Seattle, and Earl Watson scored 12 points and dished out nine assists.
Johan Petro scored 10 points and raked in 10 boards for Seattle.
The Suns took control of the game with a 10-0 run that bridged the final two quarters. A Marion jumper with 10:31 left in the fourth quarter closed the run, putting Phoenix up 86-74. Seattle, which had hung tight for most of the game, never recovered from that deficit, and Phoenix's lead expanded to as much as 16 points in the final quarter.
The Suns opened the third quarter on a 12-2 stretch to take an eight-point lead. Marion scored seven points on the run, which he capped with a three- pointer that put the Suns ahead 70-62 with 9:21 left. Seattle regained the lead, 72-70, on a Petro dunk with 5:29 remaining, but Nash drilled a three on the next Suns' possession, putting Phoenix ahead 73-72, a lead the Suns never relinquished.
Two Marion free throws with two seconds left put the Suns up 80-74 entering the final 12 minutes.
Seattle hit the ground running, and took a 20-10 lead after a Collison dunk with 6:44 left in the first quarter, and the Sonics led 33-28 entering the second.
Collison continued to sizzle in the second quarter, and Seattle led by as much as eight points, at 58-50, after a Petro dunk with 2:36 left. Nash hit two three's in the final two minutes, though, with the second coming with eight seconds left to pull Phoenix to within 60-58 at halftime.
Phoenix improved to 15-3 at home this season...The Sonics have lost 12 straight on the road...Mickael Gelabale scored 12 points for Seattle...Phoenix shot 58 percent from the field, and 50 percent from behind the arc, compared to 45 percent from the field for Seattle, but only 29 percent from behind the arc.
