NBA Game Summary - Phoenix at Golden State

Oakland, CA (Sports Network) - Steve Nash scored 28 points and dished out 14 assists to pace the Phoenix Suns to their eighth consecutive win, 118-110, over the Golden State Warriors.
Shawn Marion had 27 points and 14 rebounds, while Kurt Thomas totaled 16 points and 17 boards for Phoenix, which used a big run in the closing minutes to win at the Arena in Oakland for the 12th time in the last 18 meetings.
Raja Bell added 19 points before fouling out for the Suns, while Boris Diaw tallied 10 points and 10 boards.
Baron Davis totaled 28 points and six rebounds before fouling out for the Warriors, who had their five-game winning streak broken. Mike Dunleavy added 21 points, Derek Fisher had 18 and Jason Richardson scored 17.
A Marion free throw extended the Suns to a 103-95 lead with 6:17 remaining, but Golden State scored the next nine points. Dunleavy started the spurt with a three-pointer and a layup, and Davis' layup gave the Warriors a 104-103 lead with 3:12 to go.
However, Nash hit two free throws to start a 7-0 Phoenix push. Marion added a layup and Thomas canned two free throws before Bell's foul shot extended the Suns to a 110-104 lead with 1:24 remaining.
Marion's three-pointer with 44.5 seconds left sealed the victory, as the Suns moved to a 114-105 advantage.
The Suns led 33-28 after one quarter, but Golden State rebounded for a 65-63 edge at the half. A 16-4 spurt at the start of the third quarter boosted the Suns to a 79-69 advantage. However, Golden State came back and grabbed an 85-84 edge on Fisher's layup with 2:38 remaining in the quarter. Marion's jam in the closing seconds of the quarter made it 91-89 Phoenix.
Bell was 5-of-9 from three-point range, while Marion was 4-of-6...Nash hit all 10 of his foul shots...Richardson and Dunleavy each had nine rebounds...Golden State's Troy Murphy missed the game with flu-like symptoms.
