Jameer Nelson, filling in for an injured Steve Francis, topped the Magic with 20 points and nine assists. DeShawn Stevenson had 15 points and Dwight Howard finished with 14 points and 17 assists in the loss, the Magic's third in a row.
Francis, Orlando's leading scorer, missed his second straight game with injuries to his chest and left shoulder.
The Magic rallied from a 16-point first-half deficit and took a 68-67 lead on Pat Garrity's three-point basket early in the fourth quarter, but Milwaukee answered with an 11-2 run to move back in front.
Redd started the burst with a three-pointer and ended it with another trey which put the Bucks up 78-70 with 8:30 to go. A three by Orlando's Travis Diener would cut the margin to five before Milwaukee put together a 13-2 spurt to brake the game open.
Gadzuric scored 11 of those points, including a layup and free throw which gave Milwaukee an 89-75 advantage with under six minutes remaining. Kukoc followed with a runner less than a minute later to make it a 16-point cushion.
The game was tightly contested through most of the first quarter, until a 9-0 Milwaukee run late in the period turned a one-point lead into double-digits. After a Redd three-pointer gave the Bucks a 23-17 advantage, Charlie Bell scored four straight points to extend the margin to 10 with under a minute to go in the opening frame. Milwaukee eventually led 27-19 after one.
The Bucks moved further in front with an 8-2 run, capped by Williams' jumper with seven minutes left in the half, that put the hosts up 43-27.
The Magic responded by scoring 11 of the next 13 points and pulled within 45-38 when Nelson buried a three-pointer with 2:33 remaining before the break.
Orlando cut the deficit to five when Howard scored inside with 10 seconds on the clock, but Williams was fouled at the buzzer and made 1-of-2 attempts to give the Bucks a 48-42 edge at intermission.
Milwaukee led 66-55 near the end of the third quarter, but the Magic reeled off 10 straight points and drew within one when Diener fired a three to open the fourth.
