NBA Game Summary - Utah at Cleveland
(Tuesday, March 15th)
Final Score: Cleveland 92, Utah 73
Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - LeBron James poured in 36 points despite sitting out the final 10 minutes of the game, and the Cleveland Cavaliers rolled to a 92-73 victory over Utah at Gund Arena.
James was 11-of-15 from the field and 12-of-16 on free throws for the Cavaliers, who have won three straight games. Jeff McInnis added 12 points, while drew Gooden and Zydrunas Ilgauskas scored 10 apiece in the win.
Andrei Kirilenko collected 14 points, nine rebounds and four blocked shots to lead the Jazz, who have dropped six in a row and two straight to begin their five-game road trip.
Injured Utah forward Carlos Boozer, who spurned the Cavs to sign a free agent contract with the Jazz in the offseason, remained home to receive physical therapy for the sprained right ankle that is expected to keep him on the injured list for two more weeks.
In lieu of booing him in person, the jilted Cleveland crowd instead booed Boozer's picture on the arena's Jumbotron -- where it appeared every time a Utah player attempted free throws.
But the home fans enjoyed more than just the good-natured ribbing. They also got to see a dominant performance by their team.
