NBA Game Summary - Houston at Seattle

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) - Tracy McGrady scored 35 points, including five in the final minute, to lift Houston over Seattle, 97-95, at KeyArena. McGrady finished 14-of-27 from the field, including 4-of-10 from three-point range, and had eight rebounds, five assists and four steals.
"We played some good defense and we were able to make our shots," said McGrady. "We have a chance to move up (in the standings) so it's important for us to play well." The Rockets are sixth in the West, two games behind Sacramento.
Yao Ming scored 16 of his 22 points in the second half for the Rockets, who have won three of their last four games. Mike James added 13 and Juwan Howard had 10 with eight rebounds in the win.
Ray Allen scored 32 to lead Seattle, which has lost two straight. Rashard Lewis had 26 and Luke Ridnour contributed 14 in the loss.
With the game tied at 88-88 after a three-pointer by Lewis, McGrady buried a shot from beyond the arc with 59 seconds left to give Houston the lead for good. The Sonics were within one, but McGrady drove to the basket and scored to give the Rockets a 95-92 lead with 14 seconds left. He was fouled on the play, but missed the free throw.
After Lewis missed from beyond the arc, James hit two free throws with four seconds left to give the Rockets a five-point edge before Allen hit from three-point range for the final margin.
The Sonics led by 12 after one quarter and took a 59-50 advantage into the break. Seattle then set a franchise-record with just six points in the third quarter and fell behind by seven, 72-65, heading into the final frame.
Houston has won six of its last eight road games...Allen was 13-of-25 from the field, including 5-of-8 from three-point range...Lewis was 9-of-18, including 6-of-11 from beyond the arc...Seattle has lost four of its last six home games...Seattle's previous low for points in a quarter was eight on three occasions, most recently on March 12, 2004 against Miami. The Sonics were 3- of-14 from the field in the frame...The six points allowed set a Houston franchise record for a quarter.
