NBA Game Summary - Dallas at Cleveland

Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) - LeBron James finished with 37 points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists to lead Cleveland past Dallas, 100-80, at Gund Arena.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas netted 21 points and pulled down 16 rebounds for Cleveland, which snapped a two-game losing streak. Ira Newble had 14 points and nine rebounds, while Drew Gooden had 13 rebounds in the win.
"We established a tempo by coming out with a sense of urgency," said James. "Everyone came out wanting to get rebounds and push. That�s what they wanted to do to us. We kind of killed them with their own poison."
Dirk Nowitzki led the way for Dallas with 21 points. Jerry Stackhouse scored 16 points off the bench for the Mavericks, who saw their four-game winning streak halted. Michael Finley and Jason Terry had 13 points apiece in the losing effort.
Cleveland is now tied with Indiana for sixth in the Eastern Conference, while Dallas sits at fourth in the West.
After trailing by as many as 20, Dallas battled back in the third quarter and grabbed a 59-56 lead following a 10-0 run that was capped by a Finley three- pointer. Stackhouse sank four straight free throws in the flurry after Cleveland's Robert Traylor and Gooden were ejected for arguing with the official.
On the ensuing Cavaliers possession, James was fouled on a three-point attempt by Finley, who was then whistled for a technical foul after disputing the call. James proceeded to hit all four attempts at the line, staking Cleveland to a 60-59 advantage heading into the fourth.
"We had the momentum, we go up three and deflated them," said Terry. "But, in less than 10 seconds, they came back and took the lead back. That was the first time that we had the lead all game. That was a huge momentum swing."
Ilgauskas fueled a 9-2 surge to open the final stanza, scoring six points in the burst, as the Cavaliers went ahead 69-61 with 9:32 to play.
James erased any hope of a Mavericks comeback when his pair of free throws put Cleveland on top 85-73 with just over four minutes remaining. The Cavaliers outscored Dallas 40-21 in the final period.
Cleveland jumped all over the Mavericks in the first, opening up a 19-6 lead after a Newble bucket at the 5:30 mark.
Moments later, Eric Snow and James hit back-to-back shots, giving the Cavaliers a 29-10 cushion. They carried a 31-14 lead into the second frame.
Dallas continued to struggle from the field in the second, missing its first 10 shots before Josh Howard knocked down a field goal to make it 34-16.
The Mavericks trailed by as many as 20 points in the quarter, but went into the intermission down 42-30. Dallas shot a dismal 26 percent from the floor in the opening 24 minutes.
James finished the day 13-of-13 from the free throw line and went 4-of-8 from beyond the arc...Dallas struggled from the floor, going 28-of-79 (35 percent) and just 6-of-22 ( 27 percent) from three-point territory...Cleveland outrebounded the Mavericks 64-34.
