NBA Game Summary - Seattle at Utah

Salt Lake City, UT (Sports Network) - Rashard Lewis scored 22 points, Ray Allen added 19 and Seattle used 13 straight points in the third quarter to earn a 98-88 victory over Utah at the Delta Center.
Luke Ridenour had 11 points and six assists for the Sonics, who rallied from an eight-point deficit in the second half to win for the third time in four games.
Matt Harpring netted 22 points on 10-of-16 shooting, while Carlos Boozer compiled 16 points and 14 rebounds, for the slumping Jazz. Raja Bell also finished with 16 points in Utah's fifth defeat in its last six outings.
"It never feels good to lose," Bell remarked. "I know we're playing hard, but we haven't gotten over the hump."
The deciding spurt came after Boozer's dunk midway through the third quarter gave the Jazz their biggest lead of the night at 66-58. The Sonics tied it on Ridenour's layup with four minutes to go in the period and Ridenour later put the touches on the 13-0 run with a three-pointer with 3:02 left in the third for a 71-66 advantage.
"It's always tough to beat Utah, so we knew we had to play well." said Ridenour.
Utah cut its deficit to one at the end of the quarter when Kirk Snyder's dunk made the score 73-72, but the Sonics outscored the Jazz 8-2 to start the fourth to claim an 81-74 lead.
Bell's three-pointer with eight minutes to go brought Utah within four points, but Vladimir Radmanovic and Lewis drained back-to-back shots from beyond the arc to put Seattle up 87-77 with 7:10 remaining.
The Sonics were ahead 29-21 at the end of one quarter and extended it to 10 points on Allen's jumper to begin the second. The Jazz would whittle the lead down to six before embarking on a 9-0 run, capped by Bell's driving layup at the 5:43 mark, to move in front 39-36.
The game remained tight throughout the second quarter and was knotted at 50-50 until Ridenour sank two free throws with 21 seconds left for a two-point Sonics edge. Utah would pull even at the break when Mehmet Okur scored with two seconds on the clock.
Boozer's third-quarter dunk ended a 10-1 run which turned a one-point Utah deficit into an eight-point bulge.
Allen scored five points during a 7-0 spurt which put Seattle up 19-12 with four minutes remaining in the first quarter and built an eight-point lead by period's end.
Seattle snapped an eight-game losing streak at Utah and was its first win in Salt Lake city since a February 1, 2000...Utah's Keith McLeod was activated from the injured list prior to the game and scored 11 points in 32 minutes. He had been out since December 6 due a strained groin...Howard Eisley was placed on the IL with left Achilles tendinitis...The home team had won 11 of the last 12 meetings between the clubs.
