NBA Game Summary - Miami at Milwaukee

Final Score: Miami 101, Milwaukee 96

Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) - Udonis Haslem scored 20 points, pulled down a game-high 13 rebounds and dished out six assists, leading the Miami Heat to a 101-96 win over the Milwaukee Bucks at the Bradley Center.

Shaquille O'Neal added 18 points and six boards, while Dwyane Wade and Damon Jones both had 17 points for the Heat, who have won three of their last four games overall and four in a row against the Bucks.

Haslem sank all 12 of his free throws, Wade handed out 10 assists and Rasual Butler scored 14 points in the win.

"I was making good plays and got into a groove," Haslem said. "We're getting better. Every game, every night, we're getting better. It's very satisfying."

Desmond Mason led six players in double figures with 19 points for Milwaukee, losers of four of its last five games. Michael Redd had 16 points, while Joe Smith and Kendall Gill both had 14. Erick Strickland ended with 12 points and Maurice Williams netted 11 in a losing effort for Milwaukee.

The Heat led by a 24-17 score after 12 minutes, but the Bucks outscored Miami, 24-14, in the second quarter for a 41-38 halftime edge.

Miami took back the lead in the third quarter, using a 10-2 run for a 62-54 lead with four minutes left in the stanza. The Heat eventually outscored the Bucks, 32-22, in the third and carried a 70-63 cushion into the final period.

Jones knocked down a three-pointer with less than five minutes remaining in the game and the Heat owned an 83-73 lead. Milwaukee trimmed the deficit to five, but would get no closer and suffered the five-point loss.

Game Notes

The Heat improved to 11-2 versus the Eastern Conference this season...Miami has won eight of the last 13 meetings with the Bucks...Miami also improved to 10-0 when scoring 100 or more points and became the first team in the East to reach the 13-win plateau.
